Custom Orders and Modifications

Custom orders are final and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Modifications to orders may be possible before production begins, subject to additional charges.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and material availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects. Items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Custom personalized items cannot be returned.

Warranty and Repairs

We provide a lifetime repair service for manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Repair costs for damage due to misuse will be charged to the customer.
